Clean room, excellent breakfast, with a delicious buffet featuring various options that cater to both vegetarians and meat lovers while also being in a great location for easy exploration and access to clients.

Housekeeping should be more respectful of personal items!!! Furniture appears outdated with noticeable warping!!! Daily towel replenishment inconsistencies can be frustrating!!!

Staff were courteous and quick to assist.

I was really disappointed with my stay. The room cleanliness was below average and the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in ages. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, dropping in and out, making it difficult for me to work.

The Classic King Room featured excellent bedding and a spacious layout, making for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast in the Club Room was superb, with freshly squeezed juice and attentive service. However, the room could have benefited from a few additional amenities, and the noise from the hallway was sometimes disruptive. A more efficient check-in process would also improve the overall experience.

The workout area was well-equipped, and I loved chilling by the pool after a long day. The nearby shopping center was a convenient bonus. the cozy atmosphere made it feel like home.

I absolutely loved the spacious lobby, adorned with elegant decor and comfortable seating that made socializing a delight. Accessibility was thoughtfully considered, with smooth surfaces that were easy for seniors to navigate, making it perfect for leisurely strolls.

Elevator access could be improved for convenience.

The stay at Intercontinental was very pleasant. The staff was exceptional, offering prompt and efficient service throughout my visit. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, which made working from the hotel effortless. I particularly enjoyed the on-site dining, where I sampled excellent dishes during breakfast and dinner, including a remarkable steak.

Some amenities, like free bottled water, were missing.

my stay at the intercontinental was quite enjoyable. the breakfast in the club area was fantastic, and the service was prompt with any special requests. the hotel's outdoor swimming pool and fitness center were excellent facilities. i felt safe throughout my stay, with security present at all entrances.

Great stay with awesome breakfast

The classic king room was clean and spacious, with a comfy bed and big private bathroom. Breakfast had many vegetarian options daily like fresh fruit and chilaquiles. Staff was super friendly. Enjoyed the fitness center and outdoor pool too. Location was nice, right across from a mall with plenty of nearby restaurants.

It was just an excellent fit for a fleeting trip in Guadalajara with incredible value for money. The room was big, and the bed was comfortable. Make sure to follow up on any maintenance issues right away.
